About Us
Our Mission
Welcome To The WAC And Learning Tree School In Uster!
We are more than just a club. We are a family that caters to each member’s needs, a multicultural melting pot and a home away from home.
We warmly invite you to become part of our nurturing environment, where diversity is celebrated, and lifelong friendships begin.
About Us
Our Story
The Women’s Activity Club (WAC) first started as a small sewing circle. It quickly expanded to accommodate growing numbers and it diversified by offering more activities for expats and their families. Acknowledging its progression and community impact, the WAC formally registered as a “Verein” in 1997.
Our Team
Meet The Board
A team of dedicated volunteers is elected each year into the Board of Directors positions. The Board consists of 7 chair holders who work together to provide guidance, set strategy, and oversee the management of the club and school.
Volunteer
Volunteer At The WAC
Volunteer work is a great way to put your existing skills to use and maybe learn some new ones. Combining paid work with family responsibilities is a challenge – this may be a way to give you some work-life balance whilst remaining flexible.
Room Rental
We Have The Room For You
Our clubroom, alongside our fully equipped kitchen at the WAC in Uster can be rented out for private parties as well as for courses and workshops.
