You can find old childhood favourites and classics, as well as today’s trending authors, in a variety of genres including fiction and non-fiction.
We also have a fantastic selection of picture books, story books, first reader books, chapter books, comic books and many more to suit not only the young, but also the advanced eager and the sometimes-reluctant reader.
We are always expanding our selection. We listen to what sparks the childrens’ interest, together with suggestions from our excellent teachers.
We extend a warm welcome to everyone who visits our cosy library. It is filled with many English titles. Most of our materials are geared towards pre-school and school-aged children.
Our digital database of books is now available for searches, reservations and self-renewal.
The library is fully staffed by volunteers, so short notice changes to the opening hours may occur. The WAC library is usually open on Wednesday afternoons from 1.30pm – 5.30pm and various other times during the week.
WAC Library is available to our active club members for FREE.
For non-WAC members we offer a three-tier Library card option, depending on the amount of items borrowed each time.
All Library users have to comply with the WAC’s Bylaws.
